Whitsunday Islands Camping Transfers & Information

To get totally back to nature, there’s nothing better than a camping trip on one of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

There is a specialised barge departing Shute Harbour every day of the week (check availability with our team beforehand as it’s weather dependent) designed to carry 34 passengers and luggage. Its flat shape allows it to run right up onto the beach to transfer you safe and dry at your chosen Whitsunday islands National Park camp site.

It goes at high-speed with excellent manoeuvrability to give you the most time possible on your camping adventure but call ahead to plan your itinerary, as accessibility to the islands does vary with the tides.
